Dionne C. Monsanto is the co-host of Two Mothers/One Aché: A Grief Dialogue, where she and Yvette Dávila create space for transformative conversations on loss, love, and healing.

A bestselling author, speaker, and holistic wellness coach, Dionne has taught thousands of yoga and dance classes worldwide and inspires others to live life INjoy. After losing her daughter Siwe to suicide at 15, she became a passionate mental health advocate, serving on the National Leadership Council for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and formerly leading its NYC Chapter. Through her work, writing, and voice, Dionne continues to empower communities to embrace joy, healing, and resilience.
